In all of my years of renting, I have never in my life experienced what I have experienced at this location. Do not be swayed by the lies they will tell you to convince you to move here. They will show you around without divulging half the stuff doesn’t work. Ask to see the trash room. Love the helpful staff, gym, clubhouse and outdoor spaces. Great modern decor and chill vibe.
Been here almost 5 months and it's been pretty awesome. The staff is especially very nice and accommodating and that hasn't faded since I moved in. Any maintenance request I have sent out has been addressed very quickly as well. Overall I'm very, very happy with my stay here thus far. Common areas are cleaned very well and not left to get gritty (I'm in the 6040 Bldg). Clean amenities and also very easily accessible by local roads and the 405 freeway. LOVE living here. Friendly, clean community, pet-friendly. The design of units is beautiful and modern, great appliances, and very quiet within the building and courtyards themselves for being so close to the freeway.
Comfortable apartments, really friendly staff, and nice community. Overall great place to live. Only downside is that I feel management didn't plan out these apartments too well. The parking lot is kinda cramped and there's lots of sharp corners. Also, there's some general annoyances. The hot tub in my building broke and is in repair for a month, in addition, lawp is shutting down electricity for 12 hours, not their fault but still...
