As recently moved new residents we have really enjoyed our new apartment home at Altis Lakeline. The fact that this is a smoke-free community was a HUGE draw for us. The amenities are top notch and the landscaping is great. Very pet-friendly, the community and staff are extremely accommodating and we enjoy calling this place home. I wanted to share my disappointing experience here at Altis. I moved here July 2016 and just sent my 60 day notice. I was here 4 months and had to call it quits on this place. I've never done this at any apartment complex I lived prior. I'd like to go over a few things so future residents can get a real understanding on what this apartment complex will include, instead of being falsely sold on the salesmanship by the staff. This apartment complex is wonderful. The staff is amazing. The apartments are beautiful and brand new. Maintenance department is very fast and dependable.
