we would like to know why management is not doing anything about contractors and construction workers parking in the fire lane of the exit of Altis Lakeline apartments. they have their own construction entrance and they continue to pile trucks and flatbeds along the fire lane of the exit - we have also seen on NUMEROUS occasions kids vaping at the hot tub and smokers coming into the complex late at night - where is the so called "security monitoring" - you have cameras at the pool which never seem to be used - we were told t... read more
Noise always,Walls made of paper and Sound proof never existed. Area in Building 14 with Noise specially after hours.
Very poor property management team. Does not care about the comfort or livability of the community. Poor follow up and full of excuses but no solutions. Poop bins always out of trash bags and are overflowing. This is just the least of the complaints I've heard from several tenants. PS - They don't allow drinking at the pool. Lame.
When you sign a contract with this property they make you signed the Doorstep Trash Resident Guideline, but people don't understand how this works. Neighbors still letting trash out during the whole weekend. I send an email to Fairen and stop by the office but I don't received any respond.
