None of the employees are friendly. They act so superior to the customers, people who are paying their salaries by keeping the store open. If someone comes in wanting to purchase some items but not really sure what they need, the holier than thou attitudes of the employees probably fills them full of uncertainty and they don't spend as much as they had planned.
