He introduced himself upon arrival, covered his shoes prior to entering our home, and even helped move furniture in order to ensure accurate application of product. After each application he allowed time for questions and made sure he revisited each section of the home we had concerns about. Excellent job Marcus, Alterra is lucky to have you!
