had 4 treatments, 1 yr.... had to call them back 3 times.... the last time, the only think that I could tell was completed, was the bill in my door. NOTHING was done. I offered the manager to come out to my house to see, but this would be the last time they were invited on my property..... he said no thanks....oh well. the manager did return my money with no questions.
Our Service Pro, Jon B, was very friendly and professional. In addition to spraying inside as we requested he also removed two wasp nests from the front porch, dusted for any visiting wasps, and treated the outdoor playset. Thanks for the great service!
Jon Bower was our service provider yesterday. He was very polite and engaging. He did a complete and thorough treatment to the outside and inside of our house. He even rescued a baby bunny that may have come in contact with the spray outside.
We've been very happy with this company since our first experience. They are always on time and they make sure you understand what they are doing, Jason Berter is a great asset to this company with his courtesy and professionalism. We love that if a concern comes up in between treatments they do what they need to make sure we are 100% satisfied with everything.
Eric Gibson made sure I was home first of all. He then explained what is done in the winter time as opposed to the summer time. He answered any questions I had; a very personable and professional attitude. Thanks Eric!! Bill K.
Eric Gibson, Not only did a good job but went beyond the call of his duty because he identified certain spiders that were caught in the glue traps that were poisonous and dangerous so he decided to go ahead and spray on the inside as well.
