Marcus came and did a thorough job, swept, granulated, etc. Asked if I had any questions and was very polite and courteous. He even closed the gates when he was done so the dogs wouldn't get out :)

Kendell and Ty were timely and professional in their first visit today. Made sure I had no concerns and that I knew how to contact them if I have any needs for visits in between the quarterly treatments. Already more impressed than with Terminex.

Ruth F. Stephanie arrived early in my appointment window. She listened to the concerns I had for the amount of spiders in my bushes and flowers. She clearly explained the effects of Alterra product and what she would do to enhance my pest protection and then did what she said she would do. Very professional.

Robyn O.Justin W did my first treatment today he swept down spiderwebs and nest, granulated my yard sprayed foundation and also around the pool/ deck area and removed wasp nest ! Also sprayed interior of my house and garage! Now waiting for results! He was very informative and professional!

Rick B Stephanie did my treatment today and did an excellent job. She knocked down the remaining spider webs and treated area one would not normally treat. After the treatment she took time to explain what she did and why.

Stephanie came out for a re-treat. She was pleasant and professional. She indicated she would make notes in the account about some of the peculiarities of the property that need to be treated differently than normal. Totally easy hassle free transaction.

Rik P. - Had my first initial service from Nuel H. last month who was very pleasant & professional (and came when he said they said he would). He thoroughly listened to my concerns and treated the entire property accordingly. I was impressed with his willingness to go over each aspect of our service treatment plan so I knew it would be thoroughly completed as agreed (since I had only previously discussed it with the Sales/Route Mgr - he too was also very enjoyable to work with). We are new customers to Alterra and had our initial treatment just today! We were impressed by the salesperson, Brock S. last night when we signed up and then were literally blown away by the service today provided by Tom S. Truly a WOW experience. His attention to detail to do exactly what they promised to do and even more was beyond refreshing. So many times companies say one thing and deliver another.
