Great Initial Service Greg T. did a great job. He arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment and answered all of our questions. When he was done, he told us all the pests he found, which included a black widow! He was really nice and very professional.

Alterra - good customer service Greg performed the service and was on time and explained the service plan with good detail and then quickly performed the pest control. After he highlighted what had been done and provided details on when to expect the next service in a month.

Impressed Had my first experience with Alterra today. The rep was very informed and answered all my questions. I have been an 10 year customer of Preventative Pest and was pretty happy overall. I mean the kill bugs right? But the rep was very good at pointing out the differences. I gave them a shot and I was overly impressed. Christian Craig showed up and did an awesome job.
