Very friendly Very easy to work with. Bryan P was very friendly and accommodating. Explained how things would work thoroughly.
BugsBGone This was our initial treatment so I can't say how it works yet. But our service pro Brandon Koford and Mike Kidman were very friendly and knowledgeable, they treated everything we asked and told us to call if there were any concerned that needed to be revisited.
Margo C Matt C. did a great job today. We've never used this service but have always had a real problems with spiders, ants, wasps and mice. He was very thorough, professional and friendly.
Cindie Brandon Kofoed was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do and what I could expect. He was very professional and worked quickly to finish and made sure I was satisfied with the services.
Brandon Kofoed Brandon Kofoed is the best technician you could have. I am not scared of critters, but I don't want them in my home. I feel that he echoes my feelings perfectly, and he goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied with the service.
Service Review Jeff Tran was efficient and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and checked in with me when he was finished.
AmandaP Alterra has not been my favorite pest control company. However, Brandon Kofoed was a wonderful service technician. He was helpful, considerate, timely, and great at listening. He went out of his way to be sure that he understood my concerns and that I understood all the paperwork. I would reccomend Brandon as a technician to everyone. He is a wonderful asset to Alterra.
Neil Cardon Josh Decker was very cordial. He serviced our property and did well. He did not service inside because he seemed to be in a hurry and I understood because it was late in the afternoon and he had a family to tend to. I called and another Service Pro came out and serviced our basement. I also had ashed at the back of my lot and he serviced that also.
