Mike Sims/Alterra Mike S. made sure to spray every nook and cranny of our home. When he was spraying our laundry room he noticed our dryer was not hooked up properly and took the time to help me with it. He went WAY beyond the call of duty today and I truly appreciated him.

Dean C. Brandon came and explained the program and then got to work treating our home and yard. I was impressed with his knowledge of were to look for the problem areas around our yard.
pest control He was very efficient in making sure he got all of our problem areas with accuracy. He had me show him everywhere I had concerns with pests and he took care of them right then and there with me. He told me all the precautions to take and told me a little about the product and the ingredients. He was very knowledgeable and I can appreciate that. He went through all the paragraphs of the contract with me and was very thorough. Thank you for your service & I look forward to our next year together.
