BruceG Fast efficient service. This was the first time using Alterra Pest Control, so we do not know how effective it is yet. Was assured that they would come back if we still have any problems.
New homeowner Had our initial treatment today. Michael K arrived on time bright and early. He did a nice job of explaining everything and answering my questions. When he was done, he informed me of the pests he had found that I didn't even know we had.
I recommend Alterra B. Kofoed was my service professional and he did a great job. He new the answers to my questions and was very polite. This was my first experience with Alterra service employes. Great customer service This was our second treatment and our technician Christian Craig was just as friendly as everyone that has visited our home from Alterra. He asked if there were any specific concerns or questions he could addressed and was mindful of our animals. Very professional and personable. Great customer service.
Homeowner We've had two treatments and are very impressed with Bishar's professional service, the plant-based pesticide, thorough treatment and friendly nature. As part of the treatment, he scoured every part of our home's exterior and large yard to find and safely remove several hornet and wasp nests. Thanks Alterra!

Ant Exodus Clean, friendly, prompt. After my initial treatment which really put the ants on the run, G Keys showed up yesterday and walked with me thru the house and yard as I pointed out areas that needed attention. He then took care of things without bothering me again - just leaving the paperwork at the front door. Perfect!
