Courteous and helpful! I called for a need in between regularly scheduled service. The person on the phone was very courteous and helpful. C. Quinto came out within a couple of days, and was equally polite and did the application well. So far I've been very pleased with Alterra!

Better Than the Rest We have used other pest control companies in the past, but Alterra is the best. Our Service Pro, C. Quinto, was thorough, helpful & very friendly. We would recommend him & the company to our friends & family.
Good Costumer service C. Quinto came like a month ago to my house. He was such a friendly guy and hard worker. He took the time to explain to my mom in Spanish what he is going to do, he did not rush and took his time to listen our concerns and questions. He always had an smile on his face and was easy to approach. So far Alterra Pest Control has been very helpful and nice with us.
