Alterra Pest /GregV The service concept and product used are terrific. My first service was not up to expectations. Alterra sent out Greg V today and he really took care of business. I love the spider web removal from the eaves. Greg did all that I requested and I am a happy customer. I will recommend him personally and the company to my family and friends.

Ms. Jorge came out today and did an incredibly detailed job. He spent over an hour cleaning spider webs all around the house and even on and under all the patio furniture. He did a thorough spraying job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I look forward to hopefully having him as my service technician in the future. Jorge certainly has that "WOW" factor!
Judy H. G. Vandeveer did a wonderful job on my house today. He asked about any problems we had since the last visit, listened to my comments, and explained exactly what he was going to do. when he finished, he again went over what he had done. He has done my house before and always does and excellent job.

Alterra pest control First time with alterra pest control and all I can say is their service is great. The two techs Marcus and Milton Bratter were very professional and helpful. They were very thorough and were on time. Will definitely recommend to friends and families.
Alterra Today my house was serviced by Ben and Don from Alterra! They did a wonderful job! They explained to me everything that they were going to do. They even got rid of an extra wasp nest at the front of the house! They really did a wonderful job! I was very impressed!
Understanding Nancy Olvitt- Jorge was very professional and when he came to the door he saw that I was very busy with the baby and was very understanding and went ahead and did his job then came back and explained everything that he did. A nice and understanding man and he did a great job!
