Dont live here if you have a problem with bugs and loud neighbors I would clean and clean and clean every day and the bugs would not leave! The management portray themselves as nice but when it comes to it, they nag about their jobs when it's YOUR JOB to fix things up. The neighbors are very rude and are so loud when they have their kids running up and down at all hours of the night. The ladies at the office are super nice but it doesn't make up for all the other cons about this place.

Please don’t live here Please don’t live here. They only want your money they charged me the wrong rent. They sent me the wrong statement with the wrong amount in my portal. They had the wrong rent amount and never told me that my rent was wrong until the next month they charge me extra, because they told me it was my responsibility to change my rent, even though they sent me the wrong rent statement. Great Price Honestly, we were a little hesitant because of the reviews, but really this place is very nice. People that live here that I have met, have been kind, helpful and just all around wonderful neighbors. The property itself is not the prettiest because of the age of it, but the inside of the apartments are spacious and look nice. We have lived here 5 months now and everything has gone wonderful. Worst apartment I’ve lived in Worst apartment I’ve lived in. I have a water leak so I called to get them out so it can be fixed bc water is everywhere. In I’m trying to prevent it from going through and into downstairs apartment. They said that they aren’t going to come out until tomorrow and it might be too late. I’ve put in multiple work order for my kitchen drawer but nope all I ever get told is we have to go get the supplies

Horrible, Not at all as advertised This apartment seems like a good deal with the price, could not be more disappointed with it. Management is horrible and not helpful whatsoever. Don’t bother trying to make a noise complaint cause they don’t care. The property is dirty they don’t keep up with it. The washer and dryer room has units that are out of order that are filled to the top with nasty water that stinks, been here 6 months and haven’t done anything about it since i moved in. Management The manager Angle is very rude. I don’t understand how she could even be a manager. She seem to always have a attitude. Very unprofessional being. I moved into my unit March of 2020. When I moved in I was told some items in my unit needed to be fixed and they will be fixed. It is not March 2021. I have to moved out my the end of the month and no one ever came to fix nothing that was initially broken. I sent work orders, emailed, and called. No one cares. I I’ll be contacting their headquarters.

Thank you for helping me get into my new home Brenda and Adriana were very helpful with my application process and helped me get everything I needed to get into my new apartment. I couldn't have done it without them. I will definitely recommend them and this apartment community to others. I make sure to have them ask for these two awesome ladies.
