I can't wait to see those pesky ants that have invaded our yard and home, take a hike. Shout out to Brandon for setting up the appointment and yes, I remember when our appointment is (was) lol. Marco came out for an additional treatment to head off a potential ant problem. He was very professional and explained the preventative methods clearly. The treatment was quick and noninvasive. We've been Alterra customers for almost a year and have been pleased with the service and results so far.

We were really pleased with our "Service Pro" David during our initial treatment. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He was very thorough and professional. If todays service is any indication of our upcoming service calls we will be Alterra customers for a long time.
Lee did a great job explaining the service and treating the entire outside of our house as well as our basement. He even cleared spiderwebs from my children's swingset. The service is reasonable priced and the warranty is great.

We have been customers of Alterra for about a year now and have had great service. They come by and monitor and spray every few months and If I even see any but or pest inside my home I can call and they will have someone there by the next day. Marco and Taylor came by yesterday and they worked very fast, and even sprayed in some areas of the house that area problem areas, and areas that I would not have thought to have them spray. Thanks guys you did a great job!
