The fellow who treated my house was Taylor. He was very professional and explained everything that did. I would highly recommend his service as well as the two gentlemen who came to my door to sign me up.
Marco from Alterra was very professional. He's very informative and nice. He answered all our concerns and take his time to explain as well as listening to our concerns patiently. Today was our first day of service from Alterra and we've been very satisfied thus far. We hope future services will be as wonderful as the service we've received from Marco today.
Marco and Marvin were both informative and professional. They arrived to perform a callback service for some springtails that don't want to leave. They retreated all of the likely areas for these pests not just the one location we keep seeing them. While checking around the foundation of the house they discovered an ant trail and treated that as well before it became a problem inside the house. Thanks for being so thorough!
We have used Alterra for the last year and have been very pleased with them. Taylor came out as a follow-up call since I had been seeing quite a few ants since last application. He was very thorough and looked for ant trails not only around home, but also in yard. He removed spider webs and wasp nests. He sprayed inside home as well. Bruce L.
