Marco came this morning, on time, on a call back for ants. He did a great job in explaining what he was going to do, went about his work quickly, then explained exactly what he did. Fantastic job!
Lee came by and was very thorough about the whole house. I was so impressed that he wiped the cobwebs and two wasp nests from my children's swing set. He communicated very well about what he did. Very impressed!
Bill F came out to treat our house for the first time today. We were a bit nervous about having someone come into the house to treat it. Bill F was great! He came to the door and talked us through his treatment plan and then left it up to us to decide where he would start. He came in, quietly doing his job. My husband followed him just to see what he was doing, and Bill was great in answering his questions. We were very happy with our experience and hope that Bill comes out to our house every treatment!
