Heads up to prospective tenants. We toured a property and loved it, received an application link, spent $155 total to apply (including a service fee, which may not be legal), and got ghosted. In addition to messaging on Zillow, I emailed and called. No response. Then the property was taken off the market. We were never considered and still haven’t heard back. Super unfortunate because we would have moved forward with leasing up!
We have been dealing with alternative Property Management for 6 to 7 years now. They have been a great company with several good employees that I have worked with. Olivia and jill been outstanding. They responds quickly to emails and always tries to get me the information I have requested promptly they are experienced knowledge and great customer service love to work with them
