We had numerous issues with our place (HVAC connected to the sewer system so turning on the heat made it smell like sewage, mice, mite infestation) and the alternative property management team was incredibly slow to respond to maintenance requests, sometimes taking over a week. They also have not returned our security deposit even though we moved out over 2 months ago. Some of the issues may be the owner, but still very unsatisfied with the communication (or lack of) at APM. Would not recommend.
