RecommendedAfter hospitalization I was in short term rehab here. My experience was medications were given on time, all staff were positive and friendly and all would stop to answer any questions,dining room staff (and food) were very good,therapy dept was exceptional, all my needs were met and yes I would highly recommend Hamilton Trace.
Assisted living was great, but long term care was horrible. My Mom didn’t last 3 months there. No respect for the elderly. Disgusting!!

my mother was recently there for rehab after open heart surgery. they took very good care of her. touched her heart and soul with the kindness from the nurses. she and I and all our friends and family appreciate everything everyone there did for her!!!
I saw the recent renovations and it looks great! Love the new colors and fresh look at Carmel Health and Living!
I am at this facility getting wonderful care. I am enjoying the great activities that keep me busy and help me through my rehab time. The people here are amazing and have taken great care of me.
As a volunteer each Friday for the past 4 months at Carmel Health and Living Community (CHLC), it is a good feeling to not only be connecting with many of the residents, and contributing to the positivity in their lives, but to be working with the caring and professional staff employed at CHLC.
