Half the stars just because their services are hit and miss when it comes to effective and compassionate care. There doesn't seem to be a standard which each professional follows - each one does their own thing, which makes quality of care very unpredictable. I've had great treatment, very poor treatment, and everything in between when it comes to my many years of outpatient treatment. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. The intake coordinator Crystal and I assume her supervisor assistant director Hayley hurt me and my family so bad I don't know if we'll ever recover. My husband and I were doing everything we could to save our marriage and our lives and we were given one option which would make everything even worse and went completely against the referral for services I was given to begin with. Excellent source thats available
The front desk ladies are NOT rude. They are really sweet, flexible & helpful if you do not give them any unnecessary problems. Consider their job: they have to deal with a lot of BS, they cannot afford to be doormats. This review is only for them though, NOT the therapists. Otherwise, it would not be 5 stars.
I came in last month on a Friday afternoon in a full blown panic attack. I was suicidal and did not plan to live past the weekend. I was surrounded by a group of ladies and given the most incredible support. I believe these ladies saved my life. Thank you AltaPointe.
