It used to be peaceful. Now too many people who have surround sound tv's are horrible to live next to and most of the washers are out of order and cars have been broken into and bikes stolen. I used to like living here but it's sliding down hill fast. :-/
Great office staff. They're customer service friendly
I have lived here almost 2 years. Great experience. Very quiet and Management is very conscientious. Anything that has ever needed fixing gets done same day. Anytime i have ever had problems with noise after hours (only a few times) security comes and stops it then mangers follow up and take care of problem. Nice gym and clubhouse. Clean. Love living here
I think it's stupid to have breed restrictions. It's like racism with dogs. Stating that a whole breed is not allowed because they "could" be dangerous. A Chihuahua is more likely to bite you then a pit bull...... The walls are crazy thin which can get annoying. But the location is beautiful and they are definitely affordable.
I lived in Altamira apartments for 6 months and I was nothing but pleased! It was well priced with an amazing location and the staff was/is very welcoming and polite. If I ever end up back in the springs, it will be the first place I check for housing accommodations. I highly recommend the apartments to anyone in need!
