Just heard on the news about the 8 car break in! Slum lords. My car was also broken into when I lived there. My rent was raised the next contract year to $100 dollars more...ridiculously over priced for not even a one bedroom. Also, everyones cigarette smoke and sound will travel into your apartment. Do not recommend.

I love living here. The staff is friendly and helpful, neighbors are kind and mostly keep to themselves. It is rare for any disturbances to happen in the community. Most dogs are well behaved and the owners of pets who aren't good with others take care to keep them in check. Maintenance is well kept, parking lot is safe. This complex is tucked away in a nice neighborhood and the price is fair.

Beautiful views, 2 pools, basket ball court, volley ball court, 2 playgrounds Indoor racquetball and gym.
The office staff...Debbie, Sandy and Juanita...are welcoming and friendly. The grounds and landscaping is kept up very well. The fan in my refrigerator went out recently and the Service Manager Gary and his assistant James were very prompt in coming to replace the fan. I appreciate their efficiency!!! I think I have one of the best views of the entire city!!
Altamira has been my home for 2 1/2 years. I have lived at two other high end communities and I can honestly say the staff and residents here have made Altamira feel the most like home 🏡. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. Maintenance is addressed in a snap! The office staff has always been cordial, and my apartment was super clean when I moved in. You need to do something about the children screaming at 6am. Completely unacceptable.
one of the most corrupt apts you can get. the over charge for everything the policies they have are basically steal more from people.
