Love ❤️ living here at Alta Congress! High quality and beautifully maintained throughout. Amenities are great... I love the comfy resident lounge with tech area, pool table and coffee service, beautiful lap pool and cozy fitness room. Residents of all ages. The friendly office staff and maintenance crew offer incredible service and are always so accommodating and ready to please. It’s a good first step for people in early 20’s
I'm super excited to move into Alta Congress this coming March of 2019. During my tour Ms. Fortunato assisted me with all the pertinent information, walking me through the process, and was incredibly informative. Furthermore, in addition to her brilliant service she was friendly and professional despite her busy day. Thank you Ms. Fortunato. I look forward to seeing you in a month. :)

I moved to Alta Congress about a month ago and I love it. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are like living in a luxury hotel, and the location is great. But one of my favorite things has to be the amazing staff. Lisa and the rest of the team are awesome. The move in process was simple. And they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Plus, the maintenance crew is great as well. Very helpful and quick to respond to any request. I made a great choice moving here. I give Alta Congress five stars!
Moved in June and I am loving it so far. Safe apt, wonderful staff.
