I arrived in the ER, they were able to confirm my bones werent broken, yet didn't actually xray both injured legs and my right hand got no protection,no splint. This was 04/08/2020. Requests for ibuprofin since things are closed these covid19 days was denied, the nurse yelled at me they were not doing anytihing else for me. I waited one hour for my ride but bart stopped running so it was taking longer. The security yelled at me and threatened to call the cops and have me escorted into the cold. Berkeley campus is too slow I went to the ER department at 9pm and I waited there till 3am and I wasn’t been by any doctor the charge nurse said that it’s not time yet my pain was getting worse no medication given nor any doctor or nurse saw me this took place on 11/25/2019
Great staff caring and loving I had surgery here on November 19th 2019
They took very good care of my aunt while she was there fighting lung cancer
