RecommendedI was working in Cedar Rapids Iowa, when my brakes went out. I live in Wisconsin and had to travel from Cedar Rapids Iowa to Maysville Kentucky, for work in the morning. They did a great job finishing my brakes before 10:00 PM. Very personable, and quality work... thank you
Had a dead battery later in the evening yesterday, I also had my 2 kids with me. I called and they said they could get me in at around 9, it was 7:30. I didn't trust my car to shut off again so I made my way across town and got to Al's around 8. They squeezed me in and fixed me right up with a new battery for such a reasonable price(about the same if I would buy a battery at a chain auto parts store). This place put a brand new tire supposedly on my friend's car yesterday...it blew out today. Not even 24hrs later. When she called them they are trying to tell her she has to pay another $380 to repair it as she must have been rim. They told her rim was not bent when they put tire on. Why won't yall stand by your work and repair tire? Either you put new tire on bent rim or screwed her and tire was not new. It would not blow out the first time she gets in and drives only a couple miles. You are wrong not to stand by your work... read more
Had low brake fluid which I assumed was from a leak. Got in same day for an oil change and brake work. They were up front with fees, the process, and slightly overestimated pricing and time needed every step of the way so I wouldn't be blindsided. I got my car back quicker and cheaper than I expected and it's running better than ever. Thanks!
Been going for 9 years. At that time the man who referred us had been going at least 10 years. They are honest, and take great care of this widow's vehicles!!
Have had a few family members go threw there and one had a silver Nissan that went in there to get an oil change and they forgot to put oil back into the car and they got it back and the car started knocking so they brought it back and they put oil in it and it was still knocking and they said that it was something else wrong with the car but it was running just fine before
I have been taking my vehicle here for years. They will only fix what needs fixed and won't try to add on things like most places.
