Extremely disappointed. I took my car in on a previous encounter and was happy with the work but not today. I took it in for new brake pads for the front and was told on the phone that the front brake pads needed replaced and the rears were at 5% left but I should look into replacing those as well. Nothing at all was stated about replacing the rotors on either the front or the rear otherwise I would have objected. So I agreed to do the front and rear brake pads.
