I do NOT recommend this place. 1. I called ahead and explained it in detail and they said they could pull it. They can not. Wasted my time 2. Gave me a note for work and put wrong day 3. Gave me a prescription for amoxicillin and didn’t sign it! So now it can’t be taken care of at all and will get 10x worse by Tuesday
If your or anyone you know has an appointment here in the next couple days may want to avoid it. They had several staff members go home with fevers and just I’ll feeling today. The dentist refuses to close the doors and he plans on being open tomorrow with out doing a deep sanitation. To me this is a poor decision as he doesn’t know if any of the staff has the COVID-19. He is harassing staff to come back in and work saying they all just have colds.
My family and I have been going to this dentist for years but after speaking with the manager, Lindsay, we will NEVER return. She is rude, condescending and unprofessional. She started off the call with “im confused by your question.” Weird, everyone else in the office understood the issue considering I called 5xs to question why you charged my account without my permission. The billing office is incompetent, does not effectively communicate with patients on billing information by way of written mailed communication, phone call or email. I have dual insurance coverage too, and just learned I have a balance due from last year when I attempted to make an appointment for work that I need done now. I've even seen them in 2019 and no one said a word and I was never sent a statement! No one will call you or send you a mailed statement, either! had 10 teeth pulled yesterday .they were good but glad it's over .
dr. Hagen is absolutely wonderful he kept me out of pain while he did extensive work on my teeth
