This is my second year living here. It's a great location; when I call for maintenance they attend it promptly. I've always been treated with the utmost respect. When I moved to the upgraded apartment it had some issues but they have been fixing it whenever I call. I like the privacy it gives my daughter and me. The environment has improved a lot from the first year to my second year. So, I'm very pleased living here.
These apartments are a joke Do not move to these apartments. I have been living in this complex for over 8 years and not by choice. If I could afford to move I would, and the minute I can I'm going to. Management here is piss poor. The manager April is rude as hell and very sarcastic. The water is always getting turned off because of plumbing issue. What they call a state of the art dog park is just some grass surrounded by a fence. I lived here for 14 years, good location, close to several restaurants and a grocery store.
After the original apartment fell through - my daughter and I stumbled upon this gem. Lenee went above and beyond for a quick move in. Yes, they are old (you get more space for your money with older complexes) but the renovations are nice. Management living on the property and security at night are both added bonuses. Oh and maintenance is on top of things!
