They get you into a lease you move in and find out there are so many issues that they did not fix prior to allowing you to move in. I had an rat infestation in my kitchen. There has been a plumbing issue since I moved in that floods my guest bathroom and the seconds bedroom connected. Never been late on my rent never have been a problem and none of my issues were corrected and I have one month left on my lease and I have been here since November 2019. Great Place to live, close by everything!
The water is constantly turned off and at the worst time. The staff changes so much and the rules changes with them. We are the same so we need stability in management and expectations. And recently there is a mice problem for many of us. They say it's the exterminator's fault but I don't see much getting done too fix his problem while we live with rodents. And he's sent here to exterminate and comes emotional handed other than some mouse traps. The living room light/ceiling fan placement makes no since, there are NO OUTLETS... read more
I live in a 2x2 and the size is great. Unfortunately I’ve had a pest problem since day one and there has been little to resolve the issue. Everything is continuously changing around here from office staff to maintenance and the rules of what can and can’t occur. It’s a headache but thankfully no one bothers you and makes too much noise.
I have been here for 15 years. but now. it's just like it used to be. mold rats. nothing has been getting done in months. so I would never recommend anyone to Alpine creek apartments This apartments are a joke. and have more Rats then people
