From the moment we pulled in we were greeted and helped immediately. Juan helped us out. He was very patient and was able to answer any question we had. We are so happy we decided to purchase a car from Alpine!
Gizette or Gigi was amazing she was really helpful and made it really stress free and I let the lot with a new and not just any new car but the car I really wanted and were willing to send someone to my co-signers home to get there signatures so they didn’t have to drive to the dealership especially since my co-signer is in a wheelchair. I have bought 2 vehicles here. Recently had an issue with my Acadia on a repair that was outside of the extended warranty by a few months. I had started a case with GMC and gotten nowhere. I spoke to Tom in service and asked if he had any suggestions. Within a week he had gotten GM to help partially with the cost of the repair! Thank you! I also have lube for the life and the guys that have helped in there have always been extremely helpful.
