Chris, our Service writer has always gone above and beyond in trying to solve a traction code problem over the past year. Always ready with a loaner and it looks as though the last time was the charm because I just came in today for a regular oil change which took 40 minutes while I waited. I bought my vehicle from Alpine 4 months ago. I had a pretty big issue come up and the service department was fantastic!!! Kyle took away all my worries and assured me all would be taken care of. He kept me updated, and let me know he was going to have my back. Everything was resolved and I feel he went above and beyond with his customer service! This is 2nd vehicle I bought with Alpine and will buy again all because of Kyle and the service department!!!
I worked with Billy and I could not recommend him highly enough. The process was fast, and extremely easy. Billy was knowledgeable, and helpful. I will be seeing Alpine, and Billy again later this year when I buy a new truck for my company.
