My husband and I came on Wednesday to look at a vehicle that was listed on the website. We walked the entire lot, where we didn't find it. Not a single person approached us so we went inside the building and waited on the foyer for someone to help us. We waited over 5 minutes, employees looked at us, but no one approached us or offered assistance. We also observed that most of the staff and patrons were NOT wearing face coverings which was clearly posted on the door. We left without a single employee talking to us. Terrible ... read more
Service Department is disorganized. My car sat for eight days before it was diagnosed. They didn't provide a loaner until day 4. They charged me a $575 restocking fee when I had the work done elsewhere.
not at all helpful salesman couldn't even care less. mr. Garcia. never would recommend going here. they sold my friend a SUV that ended up having trouble in the engine. bad service. dont go here.
No-nonsense, more like absolute nonsense. On Thursday, April 16, 2020 , my husband was offered a proposal for a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500, after discussing the loan, insurance and getting paperwork ready, we were told the truck had sold. I am beyond pissed. I received the offer today. I already told the guys at the other dealer that out deal was off. I was very excited to work with you and now I'm not sure if I'm getting the bait and switch. This is nasty business. I can't see how this is recoverable. This feels like a scam and that's how I'll be telling folks I feel about Alpine
