We dealt with salesman Juan Sotelo and the sale manager, J.R. Batchelor. Both were very nice through the whole process. Even though we bought a used car "As Is", they had the shop go over the car and fixes several items below delivering the car to our doorstep. Then about 2 weeks later, an unrelated problem turned up with the engine overheating. Again, Juan had the shop fix the problem for free. Great to work with Juan! Thanks guys!

I have to be honest the first time we came to Alpine we gave them 5 stars. We had such a great experience, so we came back. We bought a 2015 Acadia and we had a terrible experience. The tires were bald, our sales guy said we could come back the next day and get tires at cost. Came back the next day received a quote of "cost" went to discount next door and they gave us a better price (which was full price not "cost"). Alpine GMC is kind sucks becuz they said if trade it, only $500!?? What? That's bullshit and my current vehicle is still good condition and it's showing from Kelly book. They were smelling "money" than helping customers at all. I left for good!

Everyone was overwhelmingly friendly. Best dealership in the world. Hulk was so patient with all my questions. He let me test drive every vehicle I was interested in buying. Hulk even fed my daughter and I pizza when we got hungry. I felt like I was hanging out with family for the day instead of shopping at a dealership. In the end I bought the perfect car for my family...2018 Terrain. Thank you so much Alpine for treating MY family like YOUR family.
