Management is very easy to reach!!
I would strongly advise looking for a different option. From the day I moved in our door refused to close unless the deadbolt was locked, which made quick trips outside a pain. On top of that, management was incredibly unreliable. Throughout the entire lease management would come up with new rules, such as locking the outside doors (even giving us keys for them) that they never enforced. Property managers do not do ANY “property managing”. Absolutely unreliable with the promises made to their tenants. Our door was broken and we had a random guy walk into our apartment a few weeks living in there. Also absolutely scammed us with our deposit. Not worth the price, there are other places with comparable rates that are leagues better than this place.
