These places are falling apart
charge illegal fees when leaving the apartment. If anyone else has experienced this please let me know so we can have a conversation on next steps.
The property managers are terrible, the apartments are horrible quality. Not worth the low price. We had water damage in our ceiling, in our closets, in the bathroom, and in our bedroom. They did NOTHING. Mold everywhere. Infestation of termites. They still haven't returned our security deposit and won't return our calls or emails. DON'T LIVE HERE
Don’t move here whatever you do. Mold, old carpets, the handyman they hire have some of the worst skill sets for finish work. The patch/paint looks like toddlers did it. Good work ain't cheap, and cheap work ain’t good. Management is some of the worst I have ever dealt with. Them cleaning the carpets entailed not letting it dry so they smelled disgusting. They will try and squeeze every single dime they can out of your deposit even after they move you into a dirty apartment. Avoid BBH management like the plague.
