Really good customer service Milad was very nice to me offered me some beverages and help me know about cars while I was waiting to finance a Hyundai all the salesman over they were very nice especially the Sales manager Renee he talk to me very professionally and I asked him so many questions and now wants a bother him he answered all of them with confidence and I really want to say thank you all for more support for give me the best car you guys are the best

The staff is SUPER professional and helpful, especially Milad who stopped at nothing for me to find my dream car! 5 stars doesn’t suffice I PROMISE you. As I walked into alpha motet sports I was welcomed by milad who showed me around at all the cars they have.
Worst dealer. run dont walk away from these people. they use Truecar, they told me the Truecar price is cash only. if financing the price of the vehicle is $2k more. I was purchased a warranty, gwc warranty, not a good warranty. tried to cancel, told the dealer was the only person that can cancel. called the dealer, at say 46, was told can only cancel within 30 days. was never provided with all of the warranty paperwork. they told me the cameras that were filming me only hold data for 30 days. a good warranty can cancel at a... read more
