After you buy a car from them if you need them you will never be able to get a hold of someone you buy the car you on your own. I bought an Acura mdx sella man was nice and all but now 2 months later I’ve been trying to get a hole of the financial guy (Edwin) not answering my call or voice mail. Very bad customer service. Quality of the vehicle I bought was above and beyond my expectation . The dealership put new tires on the car and installed new brakes.
Excellent experience with Mehdi Amal, completely painless and he was VERY patient with my wife and I as we went back and forth on which vehicle to buy. Well, let me tell you guys about a BMW M3 I purchased from Alpha Motorsports. I'd be lying if the experience started off bad. AJ was a nice salesman and took my down payment to hold this car. He was very quick at responding and helping me out. Sadly, that's about all of the nice things I have to say regarding this purchase.
