They are very friendly until the sale is made, then you are on your own. We bought a BMW X3 for $28,000 and we don't even know when the next oil change is due. They have provided ZERO information about the car's past service.

I was there for 5 hours and also the title process takes forever
My husband and I stopped in on a whim 2 weekends ago. We located our dream Jeep to this dealer. Upon arrival, we noticed they were extremely busy. This didn't interuppt our service at all. We were given the keys and a plate to test drive all by ourselves...we have always been "supervised" in other car buying experiences. Had issues with the vehicle but have worked it out with the dealership.
