I went into electrolysis totally naive and not knowing what to expect. Let me tell you—I was surprised! First, Patricia is amazing. From my sessions alone, you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. She adjusts the probe settings so it doesn’t hurt or scar the skin, which is huge for someone like me with sensitive skin. Second, the whole office has such a welcoming, calming vibe. Third, yes—electrolysis hurts—but the results are worth it, and you actually want to go back. Honestly, I have zero regrets. — Emmy
