I have been to BRICKYARD 3 times now. They have the best customer service that a woman could ever ask for. Bob explained automotive terms in a way that I could understand. They are honest & have never steered me wrong. They assisted me with transportation when I had no one to call. The office is clean & has a comfortable place to wait while the repairs are done . I AM ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THERE CLIENTELE �
I went to brickyard because they were new in town and I needed to replace my transmission so I gave them a try, BIG MISTAKE!!!! After they told me it would be 2,100 to replace my transmission they called and said the found some other things that neeed repairing and it would be beneficial to do the repairs while the transmission was out but it would be 300 dollars more. I was impressed as soon as I walked into the company's door... Honest men here and even though it was only for a oil change, I will start going there for all of my auto needs. Plus it's so convenient, 3 miles from home!!
Very helpful and honest. Came in from Detroit for work for a couple weeks, saw something wrong with my car and dropped it off at Brickyard Automotive. Bob was very helpful and honest. Come to find out nothing wrong with my car and didn't even charge me. Great place.
