The staff is very professional, the facility is very clean, beautiful and has a welcoming atmosphere! Very organized & my car was fixed in a timely manner.
What a great experience last week at Brickyard Automotive. We were traveling and a tire burst on 75 - thankfully near outlet mall exit. Thinking it would be a while - I pulled into the outlet mall to wait. I discovered Brickyard literally across the street. They not only changed my tire but they moved the spare to the back so the car would handle better. They couldn't have been nicer and what could have ruined the day was saved by Brickyard Automotive! Traveling back to Savannah after 2 weeks in Colorado and our vehicle was giving some trouble. Thought it was the brakes. Daryl came out, was friendly, gave a quick look around the vehicle and said it was a hole in the oil filter! That quick! They got us right in and taken care of. 2 kids in tow that included and infant, we found a clean bathroom with a changing table complete with wipes AND disinfectant wipes. Very great place!! Everyone there was great will do my automotive needs there.
I took a chance and took my car here for service and Bob was very friendly and helpful! They even gave me a ride to work so that I wouldn't be late while they serviced my car. Bob called me to let me know what was happening with my car and asked me before completing anything. I left very happy and very satisfied with my service! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Very friendly and efficient. I had an emergency with one of my tires and they were very friendly despite it being an hour before closing. I will definitely return.
