Went in for a front alignment. Dropped it off over the weekend. Was told they could not perform the service cause I had a broken sway bar loose control arm, needed tires. First of all I rotated my tires before I went to the shop. Tires are little more then 1/2. I just changed all my ball joints an tie rods. Did not change one ball joint and could understand if that came up but took to another shop and was told the car looked great other then that one ball joint and was replaced. The service was fast, people are pleasant and the office is clean.
Driving from Florida to Kentucky- broke down on I-75 on the 4th of July. Stressed out until Brickyard opened the next morning. God blessed me with the right service center!
Do not go here. $301 for a freaking battery. Give me a break. $70 for 15 minutes labor. REALLY! Never going back to this place. You shouldn't either!++
This Automotive store has Excellent customer service, very reasonable prices, & go above & beyond for the customers comfort. You'll find a Keurig coffee machine (w/brita filtered water pitcher, to fill said coffee maker behind it) for an excellent cup of coffee! W/ALL THE AMENITIES, PLUS! It's been said "There's never a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression." I'm really not happy with 1st impression: Towed vehicle into Brickyard; asked 'em to take a look-see - Battery was dead, needed a new belt. Asked 'em to check battery. They just ordered a new one rather than check the old. Asked 'em about putting on a new belt and checking out the rest of the engine. New belt, new pulley, change oil - bill in excess of $1100. And its taken them over a week to even get beyond starting on needed repairs.
