The service technician, Javier, did an outstanding job. He didn't give up and I offered suggestions and he made it work to get my stackable washer/dryer into a position that was workable to fix the issue. He was able to identify the problem right away and did a great job fixing the issue. I was most impressed that he answered my call and was able to come out the same day to make the repair. Javeir, the repair technician called me right away and set up an appointment with my tenant to repair the dryer. He was very timely in his communication and repair. I live out of state so it was a relief to have a quick response and repair.

Javier was extremely professional. He went above and beyond what he was hired to do and installed a new vent hose we had purchased for our clothes dryer. We will definitely hire them again for appliance repairs. Highly recommend this company.
