Same day fast service. Came within the hour after calling for needed service on our dryer and performed quick, professional service.
The service technician, Javier, did an outstanding job. He didn't give up and I offered suggestions and he made it work to get my stackable washer/dryer into a position that was workable to fix the issue. He was able to identify the problem right away and did a great job fixing the issue. I was most impressed that he answered my call and was able to come out the same day to make the repair.
