Dr. Alpert was wonderful with my son. She took the time to perform a very thorough eye exam and carefully explained everything along the way. I truly appreciated how patient, attentive, and detail-oriented she was. We never felt rushed, and it was clear she genuinely cared about providing the best care. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going here for years and cannot say enough about how wonderful this office is! Not only are they all very friendly but they truly do care about their patients. Dr. Alpert listens to what your concerns are and what you need and goes above and beyond to accommodate. The staff are all very nice and will absolutely work with you on your scheduling needs. I've been going to Dr. Alpert's office for well over 10 years and the service has always been great. Front desk is very helpful when it comes to dealing with insurance and they will go above and beyond to find available coverage. Never have had to deal with long wait times and the doctors are very kind and helpful. Everyone in the office is amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Absolutely THE BEST eye intake and exam EVER ! I hate my eyes messed with but WOW no fear here. Then the post eye exam is Red Carpet. Aside from their incredible cool selection there is Luci. SO cute, patient, smart. I Love my new frames / lenses & Laci. Everyone is SO kind and I can actually see . This hidden jewel is highly recommended!
