Great experience buying a new car! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and customer oriented. Cory Davis was awesome to work with from sales! Glen and Steve are always amazing in the Service Department. I live in Maryland now but still bring my vehicles here for maintenance. I highly recommend Alpena Buick GMC!!
Recommended to someone that they have their new vehicle's first oil change at ABGMC. Was mocked and made fun of because it was before the recommended change interval. Apparently some geniuses don't understand how much a new engine wears and how critical it is to dump the wear debris and contaminants from a new engine. Not a good look for someone that sells new vehicles.
