Stay way away from here. The rooms look like they were built and painted by a 3rd grader. We didn’t have hot water the entire length of our stay. The front desk lady was the rudest person I’ve met in the hospitality business. They told me they would partially refund me and haven’t 3 weeks later
They really leaned into the form over function in this building. Tons of premium, fancy materials and interior design but the AC unit is so loud that I can't really sleep with it on, there were noises from other activity in the building that also made its way into my room that woke me up just general noises from other guests (I'm not a light sleeper), and the shower leaked past the shower door and completely flooded the floor every time I used it. We stayed at Aloft hotel for a wedding. We checked in around 4 and there was no hot water. Maintenance came into our room and stayed for 2 hours trying to fix it. I had planned to nap and get ready. Ended up having to shower in a different room and then come back to my room to get ready WHILE MAINTENANCE WAS STILL IN THERE. Nice customer service! Rooms were clean, nice big shower. Weird spot for the mini fridge, in the bathroom under the sink. Biggest complaint is the shower took about 10ish mins to get hot?? Not sure what's going on with that. Parking is okay about 30 spots on the street to park for free or they have a garage for $15 a night. Beds are pretty MEH.
