I called Almstead for a basic pruning on two trees. On Monday June 1, 2020 one of the company's arborist (Nick Tripsas) arrived at my home to assess the potential work. He did not wear a mask the entire time he surveyed the trees, although my wife and I both wore our masks. Not a big deal to me, but in hindsight, a clue as to the thoughtlessness and lack of professionalism.
