I love going their with my old doctors every time I needed an appointment they would schedule one in two weeks or later and Dr.Almouie I would call and get an appointment the same day and there Calallen staff is the greatest and friendly
Had an appointment at 2:30 just to ask for an allergy test. Finally got into a room about 3:00. I walked out at 3:50 to tell them I was leaving. Well what do you know they said I was next. ALL FOR JUST to be sent to a lab that closed at 4:00! I finally left the Calallen office at 4:15. The PA was very nice, but really if you're the only one working why schedule so many patients. Great Team All Around , Nice Caring Staff , Smiles On Their Faces Etc... Etc... My Kids Love It & We Do Aswell ... I went to the Portland office yesterday for my son. He was diagnosed pink eye. Apparently the dr sent medicine to Walgreens without the directions to give them to him. So yesterday at Walgreens I was only able to pick up one prescription and was advised to call at 8am Saturday. I have been calling since 8 am and was told I would get a call back from on call doctor. It is now 3:43 pm and 10 calls later I still have not received a phone call back neither has Walgreens. So they can't release prescription so it's been 48 hours n... read more
