Unit was filthy upon move in, with multiple items needing to be repaired. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and the issues are still not solved. We were told there isn't a property maintenance person, so if you have any issues, good luck getting them addressed. There has been wet carpet in the unit for 2 weeks and despite being made aware of this immediately, nothing has happened. Beware - poorly run property. They promised immediate help, nothing has happened.

I really love it here! Very close walk to campus and close to tons of stores. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. Everything looks new and feels homey. The leasing office has been very helpful through minor issues we’ve had! It’s a very quiet complex and I haven’t experienced any issues with other tenants. I would definitely recommend Tech Dunes to anybody looking into an apartment that’s affordable and convenient!

Overall experience was great! If the property offered a private room i would've stayed for another year. With the property only having 6 housing units it is comforting to have management know you by name. When we moved in we did not have a good water heater but that was fixed and resolved. Living at this place was a great first place to live. I had 8 roommates which seems super hard but management did an excellent job at making sure to put people with similar interests together. I lived here for the 2022-2023 school year. From August when I moved in, until December my apartment's hot water heater was broken. We filled out maintenance requests and talked to the apartment manager multiple times, and they didn't do anything about it until December. The parking lot doesn't have near enough spaces for the amount of people living here, and there is no where to park on the road because the building is between an intersection and the fire station. This has been a not so good experience. Our apartment since day 1 had a very terrible smell coming from the vents and not once was it looked at after multiple maintenance requests put in. The apartment never got sprayed and there was an ant problem in our apartment from our pantry to the bedrooms. Management was rarely in office and hard to get ahold of. I do not recommend this complex to anyone.
