Experience with Dr.Laukitis was excellent, A+. One thing to maybe change is that he always comes in the room and touches my face without any evidence of washing his hands or putting sanitizer on. He could of course be putting it on before he enters the room but it's nice to see for reassurance. With the staff, I have had terrible experiences. The wrong med was sent to the pharmacy and I almost paid $200 for a med that should have been $10. I had to go to multiple pharmacy to try and get it covered at a lower cost and all of ... read more
Dr. Laukaitis is very warm and welcoming. He was extremely knowledgeable and clear in his explanations, and gave a sense of having all the time in the world to answer my questions. I felt complete trust and confidence in the outcome of my procedure, through all stages of the process.
