I can see better without the droopy eyelids. Everyone was kind, informative and helpful.
Everyone was so professional and made me feel comfortable.
Especially helpful to have the nurse Bethany to spend time and fun informative conversations with me for pre-op. Dr. Sires and my first meeting gave me assurance for what to expect and I was actually excited for Aug. 29,18 to arrive. The anesthetist did his job very well but caused a minor discomfort with the comment is this hiv a misprint or... on reviewing my chart. To help I explained 28 years hiv positive 0 viral load. I am very happy with Dr. Sires and his very fine surgery and advice.
I am very pleased with the results of my eye lid correction. Dr. Laukaitis and staff were very professional.

Very pleased with results so far. All went well. I did have to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes from my scheduled appointment surgery time until being seen. Seems excessive. Staff were all pleasant and caring. 'Bedside manner' of Doctor Laukatis was very notable. (In a positive way!)Pleased with the experience except for that first wait.
This was a wonderful experience from start to finish!
